I would give this store negative stars if I could . . . as well as Verizon for not dealing with the mess the store makes. This store refused to let me pick up Verizon phones I had purchased online and told me I had to activate them before I left -- and in doing so, it would cost me an extra $140 ($70 per phone). Verizon Wireless website and customer service says you can order online and pick-up in store -- there is nothing about having to pay the store over an $100 extra just for picking them up. Consumer Beware. Do not buy a phone from Verizon unless buying from a corporate store. This store lies by omission. When looking to change phone providers I visited this store and was advised that my phone was not compatible with Verizon and I would have to purchase a new phone. I was also told that there was a bundle deal with purchasing a phone and a iPad. Victra is not a Verizon store. Go to a Verizon store!!! I was given a promotion in June for a Iphone 10R and an Ipad where they were both nearly free with a new line. ******* even went as far as quoting me the monthly bill I would be receiving. I continued to make sure he understood that I didn't want an Ipad and just wanted a phone for my son who wouldn't use it very much. Terrible customer service. Had issues with a recent order and was told by a GoWireless representative that they would resolve the issue and have the order shipped to an address I provided. Instead they mailed it to the Verizon account billing address, so my father ended up wasting about 1.5 hours driving to pick it up from FedEx (since he works during the day and it required a signature at delivery, he had to go after work) and then had to take the time to drive the phone from Virginia to Ohio. Added 2 lines and purchased 2 phones to my account. The talked me into a lifetime offer for glass protectors as well. Well, 4 months later, they still haven't credited my account for the trade in credits on the phones. So my bill still charges me full price for the 2 new iPhones when I am supposed to receive almost $40 a month in trade in credit. GoWireless is the worstshady, belligerent, dishonest, and unprofessional. Purchased a limited warranty and they are refusing to honor it...a complete scam...just like so many others on here have claimed before us. Should have looked at the reviews before going to this store. Don't be fooled-they are liars and thieves.

In Nov. 2018, they sold me 2 Premium Glass Plans for my phones which entitled me to unlimited replacements of the glass protector. My glass protector fell off more than a month ago and they have stopped stocking the replacement glass. Have been in multiple times hoping to find it in stock, but was told that the manager in charge of ordering items doesn't see a reason to stock glass protectors for anything other than the newest model. Fraudulent! Added the $15 per month insurance plan without my knowledge or approval. Told me service is $80 per month. They didn't mention that the $80 is if I sign up for "auto pay". My first bill charged me $90. Lastly put me on the wrong plan. Stay away and go to a real Verizon store.
