A bunch of useless crooks! I was offered a business plan for $100 a month. I spent 3 hours one day 4 hours another day and I am back today trying to get everything straightened out. I was paying AT&T $137 a month so I changed to save $30 a month. I just got a bill for $157 monthly from Verizon . Also I received notification that they were adding services to my account unless I went to their service site and cancelled the services. I switched carriers back at the end of February. I traded in my old iPhone and was told I would get a $500 credit for the trade in. I never received any paperwork for the trade in because I was told by the associate that it needed to be done by the district manager. It's now June and I'm still paying an obscene amount for my phone because the trade in hasn't been credited to my Verizon account. I went into Victra, on April 30th to see about a new phone. I was told my Note 9 was obsolete. So having health conditions and disabled, and living alone I needed to purchase a phone. I simply wanted a note 10. The rep went into he back and came out and told me it was the last phone in the store. He never told me it was a note 10 plus with maxium storage. I also of course had to purchase case and screen protector. But he got everything ( i choose the case) never mentioned options or prices on screen protectors and proceeding... read more

Tried to purchase a phone @ their Spokane Valley location in May of 2020 & learned later that they accelerated a $271.50 payment to Verizon that was originally slated to be paid 6 days later. The $271.50 payment they made was without my approval, done surrepticiously (sp-?) from my checking acct/debit card & caused all kinds of havoc in my acct. The sales people straight face lied, followed by the manager who guaranteed me that it was resolved not doing anything, followed by there customer service department also not doing anything that said said they were going to do to resolve my issue. So I am still being billed monthly for things that I did not agree to and have fought for 5 months over these issues. It is a corrupt company from the floor up. Do not buy from Victra!

I switched to Verizon from another phone carrier. The sales representative told me I would get 750 dollars off a new phone since I was switching. He then proceeded to tell me i would get an additional 350 dollars off for trading in my iphone. I clarified with him that in total I would get 1,100 dollars off and he said yes. The store on ********* Blvd in********** Arizona ripped us off for 127$. And trying to deal with a bunch of half ***** employees is the icing on the cake. I want my money refunded which was promised back in December 2019. This company is beyond thieves. If any other dissatisfied customers want to obtain a lawyer with us, let me know. This is not how we do business and to NOT keep their word is pathetic.

If I could leave a negative, I would. I was scammed at the location in Springboro, Ohio. The, "manager" is a very good con artist. I was really taken aback. He is a scam artist. I don't normally spend time leaving reviews but this was over the top.
