As a new customer, my best description is that I got "took". Literally and figuratively. They took my Motorola cell phone on a "non trade-in" contract. Wiped it and sent it off. I understood from the STORE MANAGER that I had to give it to him. Secondly, I tried to pay off the new phone at the store, but he only offered a 2 year payment contract and said if I paid the phone off, that the discount offered on the phone would not apply. Today I received a call from an upper level manager at Go Wireless who was earnest in listening to my complaint, and told me that he had contacted the store at which I had had an issue to talk to the store manager regarding my experience. Go Wireless did offer to help me with some of the costs of "additional" phone items that were sold to me that I did not ask for (phone cleaner/case/protection). I was opening 2 new lines for a business account, the sales representative (Jacqueline) was very helpful and was having issues with the system and hadn't activated business lines before. She was walked through with another agent through a system that he walked her through. After issues for over 2 hours I asked if I could use the restroom and the Manager was extremely rude and denied me of using the restroom citing it was due to "COVID". Went to Verizon Victra on ******** Ave. in *******, CA. Upgraded my daughter's phone to a new i12. They said they handle the set up and all the details there. Before he deleted her old phone, we asked to make sure he had backed it up. He insisted it was backed up. Turns out the rep. did not back up the old phone at all (this was later confirmed through Verizon technical assistance and Apple technical assistance). SCAMS R US, should be the title of Victra - Verizon Wireless Phones. Went to the Victra store on ***** Blvd, in**************, NY on April 11, 2021. We purchased 4 new IPhone 12's and transferred an additional line. We were told we would get back in rebates from Verizon via a mail order gift card within two billing cycles. If you're looking to open an account, I would recommend going to a corporate store. I was having an issue with the $500 sign-up bonus and the corporate rep couldn't or wouldn't help me because I opened the account at an "indirect location" and not a corporate location. They kept referring me back to the store.... The GO WIRELESS account rep never responded to a single e-mail. This issue took them weeks to figure out and I still wasn't given an update. completely dishonest company. should be out of business. Anyone reading this should know that that under no circumstances should you purchase anything from this location. This is not a real ******* store even though they dishonestly use their name on their sign. Instead go to the real ******* store across from **************************************. Guess I'm going to have to file a police report and take them to small claims court. In January of 2019 I purchased a LIFETIME screen protector replacement warranty with them for $100. My receipt even says Lifetime GoAdvantage warranty. I went in to the store in February 2021 to get a new screen, to which I was informed that they don't carry them anymore.
