I shopped at the Victra, **************** store over the ***. Friday weekend. (Saturday 11/28/20) It is truly unbelievable that today a retail store carrying The Verizon name is in the business of conning and scamming Verizon customers. This store is NOT a legitimate Verizon store but a indirect store independently owned, playing by their own rules of lies and deception. My girlfriend added me to her Verizon account today and because of that we were able to take advantage of the Buy one Get one Free for the new iPhone 12 Pro Max. We did not want them to set up the phones in the store, so they were left alone and placed into their respective boxes. My girlfriend has a tendency to get the invoice/receipt emailed to her. This is a formal complaint regarding the Go Wireless store on W. 11th Ave (Acorn Park) in Eugene, OR and specifically about the employees, Andrew C and Samantha who work there. I went into the store on September 12th to buy a new phone. My current phone at the time was an ASUS zenphone, that had just been fully paid off over 24 months and was starting to act glitchy. I don't appreciate being lied to and stolen from. In June I went into the Vitra store in ******** looking at the Samsung 46mm watch. Retail was $320. The rep told be that it would be $279 because of military discount. I agreed and ordered the phone. He showed me the purchase order when I came in. The paperwork said $279. He started the paperwork. This was the worst experience we have ever had with a phone store. We were lied to (told our bill would be less and it ended up being $60 more), taken advantage of (they put a case on the phone and we were not told the price$36), charged for things that we should not have been charged for (Ready to Go fee -$19.99- when the phone was not ready to go because there were no contacts or apps transferred to the new phone), and when we tried to resolve the issues, we were rudely ridiculed for not knowing better. Customer service is very poor. I did an Edge-up plan and traded in my iPhoneX. It has taken 3 months to get a return label. In the mean time they have sent emails that they are going to disconnect my phones. I have made countless phone calls to the company but their is no one there that is willing to help. They just tell you to go out on there web site. I don't think I will remain a customer with them after the current plan is done.

Have tried getting a refund for the BOGO for the last two years! Have talked to the Verizon Customer Service Number, an Official Verizon Store only to be sent back to the Victra Retailer. The Manager in the Victra Store hung the phone up on me when I was discussing my frustration with the run around. I drove to the store and demanded to speak with her boss. This is the second time your company took advantage of a consumer. The first was when i was told i need to purchase a new phone when my iPhone 8+ didn't turn on due to over heating. the sale was after closing so sales rep ****** just charged me for whatever he grabbed and told me case and Screen protector is lifetime warranty dont worry about insurance.
