My girlfriend and I just had our first encounter with Victra. In our local community it doesn't say Victra on it's sign it says verizon wireless. On the ****** web page if you search for Verizon wireless it gives you Victras location. Absolutely the worst business! The same phone that they sold me was way cheaper at the corporate Verizon store and then they lied to me and conned me into getting a tablet. I am returning all products bought their before my 14 days is up . DO NOT GO HERE!!!

We are Verizon customers with 6 I-phones. My wife needed a new I-phone and went to an ********* Verizon outlet store in *********. On 1/10/20. Worked with ****** For some reason ******sold her an LG-ThinQ-Aurora phone. The new phone was financed through Victra. I-decided to return that phone the next day. ******sold my wife an LG which we found out that night that the LG phone was not easily compatible with our current I-phones. I wish that I knew that this was not a Verizon Wireless Corporate Store but is a franchise store. I worked in the wireless industry in senior management positions for over 20 years and have never had the problems with Verizon Wireless that I had today. Verizon Wireless Corporate should cancel their franchise immediately. Horrible! Stay away!! I only went in to upgrade my phone. They sucker you into equipment and lie to you about the cost and that your bill won't go up. Told me that by adding lines, it would actually lower my bill and I would also get 3 Galaxy tablets with it. I repeatedly told them I don't need them and have no use for them. They kept telling me "your bill won't go up". Absolute crap! my bill skyrocketed and by the time I received my new bill, it was past the 14 days to return them. I read the reviews and see a common thread. These people are not to be trusted. These reviews are very like what I experienced with this business; lack of complete or accurate information about product and billing. Do not do business with these people. Find a corporate store!

Poor service, customers not feeling welcome at store in Toledo, ohio
Ten strikes against this business - did not tell me about other offers before selling me; was not able to exchange from regular Verizon store; 2 stores did not have a normal item I wanted to exchange for in stock; customer service would not connect me with a store to check inventory before driving there; employees salaries comes in part from customer added fees; employees poorly trained; no compensation for difficulties by waiving restocking fee; and customer service did not care all at about me or my difficulties when conta... read more
