Laura S. manager of this area lied obviously just to get a sale! We were promised $300 off of each new phone, purchasing three. Months go by with huge bills. I went in four different times to the store to have it explained. I should have known right off when nobody else could help me but the sales person who wrote the ticket that something was sketchy. The GoWireless store in*************** used to be the model of customer service and satisfaction with******* as manager which is why I returned to consolidate and upgrade. The store, under new management for about a year, is the antithesis of this only concerned with numbers, profits and willing to attain so with deceptive sales tactics. Your ******** WI and ********* WI Manager is a liar and a thief. He claimed we needed to purchase new special phone chargers and cords for our IPhone 13 and mini 13 or our batteries would get damaged. He would not give me his name & blamed his ********* Salesman **** for the false information. I was there at the store when he, the Manager, said our IPhone 13 batteries will go bad if we don't purchase new chargers & cords. Authorized retailers for cell phone companies are a scam and the store I mistakenly visited was further proof that no one should go to these stores. The Verizon Authorized Retailer (managed by Victra) on *************** in Cedar Rapids, IA provided the worst cell phone retail experience I have ever had. They do not value customers' time, they charge an additional service fee to activate your phone that the corporate Verizon store does not charge, they are near impossible to call, and the only services they offer are things t... read more

Rip off, like everyone else says. I feel duped. I bought an iPhone 13 and the agent said I needed the liquid glass because the iPhone glass is porous. He also said I needed the 30W universal wall charger @ $39 when in fact, I needed the 20 W wall charger @ $19, and he kept insisting I buy 2. Upon checking out, he had me sign on the pay pad several times. I did not know what I was signing, there was nothing to read. Only after everything was completed did I get a print out. On June 1, 2021 we visited the GO Wireless store in Frisco, CO to take advantage of several "switch" postcards we received in the mail with a $450 refund per line. We did business with Craig, the store manager. He put the postcards aside and said he had a better deal. He explained a BYGO offer and we purchased two i-phone 12's including cases, camera shields and face protectors which required a Verizon Credit Card which we opened anew. I just replied to the Business Comment above stating that they have never contacted me. I asked them for a person's name, etc of whom I'm dealing with there. We recently learned from the store manager, Nick, that "they were working on additional rebates of 2x$150. I told Nick that this is not about rebates, but the Buy One/Get One offer that we originally understood and signed up for. This is the ONLY way that I will continue to be a Go Wireless customer. Agree! Went to a VICTRA Verizon off of ******************************, VA and got duped on an upgrade to the mini 12. After reviewing my bill, I went back the following day and was told that I requested add ons like a protection plan and Redux. I did not but the girl that helped me upon return basically told me I was liar and then the original sales clerk came over and said the same thing. ********, Caliifornia store Salesperson I went to pick-up new phone today. ******** was rude/curt. We called store after my return home and, when asked, said he was the store manger; he would not give me the name of the District Manager; hung up on us and didn't pick up when we called back.

Here is why you don't ever come to ANY location and it's probably an even better idea to just avoid any Victra Verizon Authorize Dealers all together because they are absolute and complete TRASH. I came into Victra Verizon because I was having dropped calls and signal issues and was told to get a new sim card. It so happened that there was also a promotion to have my phones upgraded.
