This location conducts its business very fraudulenly. They do not disclose their fees until after the service is performed and then there is no recourse. You sign stuff that says nothing about fees. You arent made aware of them until you are paying the bill and its too late. Absolutely a sham business. First and last time I will ever use them

My son and I went into Verizon at the ****** ******** today to upgrade two iPhones as I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. There was about a 10 minute wait and a man walked in and cut the line and the Manager just brushed us off and said it will only take a minute. He looked at the man and they both laughed. An employee apologized for his managers rudeness and inconsiderate behavior. We went to Apple and upgraded both phones. This managers name is supposedly ******* What a punk this guy was . Sadly the company supports its sales people lying to the public and violating federal regulations but Verizon does nothing about it. Nothing. These people changed my plan without telling me to something I did not approve then promised me that in the future when they did change my plan and activate my device they would go over the changes first. It's all a scam. And they know it - Verizon knows it too.

Do not do business with Victra. We went to one of their locations to trade in iPhone XR for the new iPhone 13 pro back in September 2021. One the employees printed out a quote with handwritten notes that said a discount for the trade in phone would begin after three months on our phone bill. As of March 2022 we still do not see a credit on our bill. This company needs to correct how their locations business. I hope the corporate office reads this review and can rectify their location's errors.

Upgraded my phone back in November and it had to be ordered to the store. We got notification to our account that two phones were ordered under our account even though we only authorized one. When we picked up my phone, we asked why a second one was ordered under our account without our authorization (seemed sketchy), but they just tried to play it off. I had immediately noticed that people were unable to hear me via speaker and began troubleshooting. We went straight to Apple considering it was a brand new phone. They deeme... read more

Scam artists pure and simple. No pricing on anything other than phones / tablets. I needed a replacement phone and was due an upgrade, but as the new phone was added/activated a screen protector was added, and another 'treatment took place', which along with a new wall charger took the bill from what should have been $80, to over $270. The items would have cost less tan $40 from ******. Do not use this store

Stay away from this company and go to Verizon corporate store! Victra staff lies about the promotions and promises things that are not true. Their staff ******************************** NJ) promised me about a promotion that never came through resulting in approximately $1800 loss for my family (4 lines) and also forced me to buy accessories saying it is required as part of the Verizon promotion. I would give this place negative stars if I could. They conned us into changing to a business plan to lower our bill as it would be cheaper - 3 months later and our bill is triple what it was, and now because we wont pay these 'mysterious fees' that no one can explain, they have shut off our phones - even though we have paid for all of the services we agreed to. We have everything in writing and have been told numerous times we would get a credit - hours of phone calls, promises for callbacks, NOTHING...they will rip you off... read more

Trade in devices to this location. not sure what they are doin but its been 7+ months (8th billing cycle) and Verizon cannot help me with my Trade in credit. they are saying this store should not be taking any devices for trade from you. so now I am paying for 6 phones and they have my 6 devices I traded in.
