STAY AWAY FROM THIS VERIZON DEALER! They lie to you, tell you falsehoods and promise you things they don’t do!!!! Employees don’t know what they are doing and either lie to customers or don’t know what’s going on! BEWARE!! In *** ***** Victra 'Verizon' stores they are selling personal information!!! We and several people we know have purchased phones from what we thought were Verizon stores in the last two weeks. The stores turned out to be this company Victra. Victra is selling our information! If I could give a 0 rating I would! DO NOT USE THIS STORE! Take the extra time and go to a corporate store. I bought phones during the "get a free phone with a trade-in" in June 2022. I paid for the difference in price at the store. About a month later, I received a bill from Verizon for the very same phones. They have NO record of a trade in from Victra. I went to ** ****** Ks Verizon Store to purchase a new phone I walked around looked at phones then I set down on a stool in front of the counter a woman employee was helping another customer she never acknowledge me I waited about 30 minutes while she had a personal conservation with the other customer . This review goes to the Store Manager, **** ****** I was simply switching from an old phone to a new phone. The trainee was left alone to process this for me. A few employees came by to help him for a few seconds and told him what to do and left. The trainee, that I don't want to name struggled to switch my phone.
