I'm not usually one to write reviews, but the experience I had with this company has driven me up the walls!!! Go Wireless has promised us credits which we have never received. The district manager does not respond to our requests and ignores us. I've called and chatted and even have a reference number for our problem, but NO ONE EVER CALLS US BACK OR CONTACTS US. This is not right. I've asked for someone from Corporate to help, but they ignore my pleas.

Clerk error caused me a $3,000 bill for one month. Admitted error and corporate refunded $1,300. Store stated they would pay back $350 a month for four months. Store never lived up to promise and my account was shut down. Then was charged a reconnection fee. After all was straightened out I was shut off a second time.

I went to purchase two new phone lines for my wife and I and was given multiple offers exclusively offered via******** Online. Once I went to pay they claimed they could not stack the offers but gave me a written obligation I could redeem the offers. They refused to even transfer me to a manager saying it was their online department and they have no manager there.

Started out working with My rep and was very happy growing my new business. As time went on I added several iPads for our growing team, going from 4 to 15. We ordered 3 iPads for a new office which were never delivered and yet still charged, along with the monthly billing for the missing devices. These people specialize in convincing you that you need accessories that you don't need. Said an iphone 13 needs a special charging cord. Nope, all iphones can use the same cord. But try to take it back, and they have excuses why they can only refund you pennies on the dollar. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VICTRA. Go to a regular Verizon store.

Purchased Apple watch August 26th, was told the cost would be $250. Received bill and it shows that I owe $499 for the watch. Called Verizon customer service who referred me to the retail store ( **** *************************************************), I called and spoke to manager (******) who told me that there is nothing he could do because the employee who sold me the Apple phone no longer works there. *********** at the ********************** Verizon Store is unbelievable in customer service and her attitude was so positive yesterday when my wife and I were in the store yesterday.
