Just got my car back from a service. Allison was awesome. The spa treatment was really nice!!
The service department performed the brake fluid flush and general inspection of my 2015 M235i. It was done quickly and the car returned clean and ready for another 30,000 miles. They also took the time to inform me that I would need new tires in a few months so that I could take advantage of a future sell they were going to have on BMW approved tires, thus saving me some money. The also loaned me a very nice convertible!

Twice in two weeks I had to go in for service on my 2017 BMW X1 First time was a routine check up and this week it was for a flat tire. With all of the wind damage in Athens, I ran over something sharp and punctured my tire. Both times, Allison in the service department helped. She was wonderful and her service was outstanding. When I needed a loaner car, she fixed me up with an X1. That made it so easy for me because I did not have to figure out how to drive a different car!
