From out of town and need to have my first service done, called Athens BMW and was scheduled for a 9 am the next morning. Was greeted by Daniel the service advisor, who wrote up the work order and had us wait in the lounge until done. They had the vehicle washed and ready to travel in no time. Great center with a outstanding staff that were friendly and cortious. Thanks for the great service folks.

RecommendedI bought my X1 from a dealership in Atlanta. They were good on the sales end and the initial problem I had. However, getting the appointment for the 20K mile servicing was so frustrating at their on-line website and then on their telephone end of the business, that I quit trying and called Athens. Daniel scheduled me immediately and it all went perfectly, as did a followup appointment to change out a module. We worked with Dan in the service dept and he went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and that we were completely satisfied with our experience . We live about 2 hours from the Athens location and he even called to make sure that we got home safely. Hopefully we won't need repairs to our car for a long time but when and if we do, we will go back to ATHENS BMW services dept. Thanks Dan
