I have purchased two BMW X5s from Athens BMW. Rick was my sales rep and did an outstanding job. The service team is second to none, and they have always taken care of me whenever I have had a service need. I will always purchase and get service at Athens BMW.
Friendly and helpful sales staff, but that is where it ends. After the sale service is very poor. Bought a used BMW and the day after I get it home the service engine soon light comes on. I call Athens and get the brush off for a week. Learned that the service engine soon light was a problem before I bought the car (had pictures with it on prior to the sale). Buyer beware, once they have your money you no longer exist.
