I had an outstanding service experience. My service coordinator, Shawn Neary, was so helpful and went out of his way to meet my needs. Unfortunately for me, a rock hit my X7 windshield and caused unrepairable damage. They replaced the windshield, performed the necessary camera re-alignment and provided me a loaner vehicle. Could not be more pleased with my experience.

We recently purchased a pre-owned Volvo from Athens BMW and we couldn't be happier (especially since we drove from Augusta to Athens). Rick was amazingly professional and treated us like customers are supposed to be treated. The price was great and the service was even better!
Being from out of town this dealership made my car purchase experience quick and painless. There was absolutely no pressure and i feel the salesman, Rick went above and beyond! There was quick and clear communication and he was very attentive to all my questions! When i arrived to get my vehicle on pickup day they already had it out ready to go and looking extra shiny! My husband and I went to look at a used Impala. We got there and it was already sold. Alex Kidd found us a great used car next door, brought it over and we test drove it . Fell in love with the car. They delivered it to us the next day. Alex is a very personable and caring young man who knew our needs . He's more than a salesperson, he's now a friend. Athens BMW is a great place to buy a car.
