Our experience with most everyone there has been positive. Our salesman was awesome and we were discussing with him moving from the 528i he sold us to an X5. They had done all the service on our car. During a service we were told our rear tires needed replacing. They sold us the tires and wouldn't stand behind the warranty. The service guy got smart with my wife and he actually pitched a fit. By the time she got off the phone she was so furious! I'm sorry to say the salesman has now lost a sale over $150.00 tire warranty! Ye... read more
