Athens BMW replaced both of my air bags much faster than I expected. They drove me over to Panera's for lunch and picked me back up when they were done. I am very pleased. Shawn in the service department is great. He is understanding, caring and goes out of his way to make problems go away when they occur. He is the best service representative I have dealt with in the 60 years I have been driving. And Rick in sales rocks. My dealings with Rick and Athens BMW have been wonderful. Couldn't recommend them more.

Took my daughters BMW here for a Recall, Great Experience and totally worth the extra drive from Dawsonville! Easy to schedule service without waiting days or a week to come in. Service was completed promptly and the Service Advisor Ryan was terrific! Looks like I'll be driving to Athens to have my BMW Serviced as well!

I had my one year old car towed to ABMW after the check engine light went off while driving. I purchased my car in another state and this was my first visit to ABMW for service. Sean was very nice and got me into a loaner car right away. They took care of my car and I was extremely satisfied with the service received. Excellent service all the way around.
