I haven't had the pleasure of purchasing a BMW from this dealership, but I drive an hour to Athens BMW for their service department. I have two other BMW dralerships that are closer to me, but their customer service wasn't up to par for me. Athens BMW kills it with their customer service. Matt in service is awesome. (2011 x5 50i & 2007 335i owner)
Athens BMW is the BEST! Every experience from the purchase to service dept. visit has been very pleasant. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their ultimate driving machine!!
They took their sweet time and try to add extra hours of labor. Not trustworthy
