exceptional service !! Most of my dealing thus far have been in the service department with Sean. He was amazing and even though i hadn't bought the car from ABMW he was perfectly willing to show me around the car. I did have a service that was top knotch. Bought my beemer in early 2016. Got the best deal by far going up against two other BMW dealerships. I live in Gwinnett county so they come get my car leave a loaner and come swap it out when done servicing. Awesome.
Sean in service took the time to answer all my questions concerning our recent tire purchase and all other service questions I had. Our loaner car was great and the drop off and pick up went very smoothly.
I have had only the best purchasing and service experience from Athens BMW. Everyone is very helpful and always keep me informed anytime I have been there. Great place to do business and the number one reason I will continue to drive about 50 miles even though there are closer dealerships.
