Great service. Arrived and was greeted immediately by Sean and he set up our loaner car. We were out of there with our loaner in 10-15 minutes and returned later that day with my car repaired. And repair was covered under my CPO.

This whole dealership was a joke. Unorganized, never sent the spare key that was promised day of purchase. Hassled with them for months. There was also a crack on the windshield seen on the way home from purchasing, it was a huge ordeal to get them to offer to fix it and when I followed the steps to have it fixed my emails were never returned. In the end it was never fixed.
They are great people they will try there best to help u

We live 63 miles away and they come to our home in Cumming to pick the car up for service and leave us a loaner. Great Service. Also Joe our sale rep was outstanding. Told him what we want how much and what we wanted for trade in. Didn't want to be there long. Did all of that. Will be repeat customers.

Worst service ever. Serviced my car there for years, and found out they neglected major maintenance which ended up costing me thousands of dollars. Never again.
