I have been fighting with Asus for two months over a keyboard failure that they claim is my fault. I purchased a laptop and had the control key fall off about two hours after it came out of the box. The local retailer I purchased the laptop from was gracious enough to exchange it for me. Two weeks later, I had the same key fall off of the new laptop. I sent the computer in to Asus for repair and was told that keys falling off is customer caused damage and that it is not covered by their warranty. They refuse to look at the f... read more

I'm only giving one star because I have to. This company has had my Zenwatch 3 for repair since Spet 8th. They took my money first. It is now Nov 21st. And I still don't have my watch back. I've called them multiple times, and have had my case "escalated" several times. They still can't tell me when I will have my watch back. I asked for a return of my "dignostic fee"...since they since have not looked at it. I was told they would refund my money and return my watch (my request after 6 weeks of nothing). That was over a mont... read more

The products suck and their Customer Support Sucks. I purchased an ASUS VivoBook on June 27, 2020, on September 8, 2020, my UNIT was shipped off for repairs. I just recently on October 23, 2020 got a replacement unit. The experience was an experience from ****.

Bought a motherboard 3 months ago, worked fine up until it completely crapped out on me. Created RMA, ASUS admitted motherboard was defective and sent me a new one. The new one which is characterized by ASUS as "recertified" is complete junk - It has bent pins and capacitors. ASUS customer service is completely useless. I'm so fed up with this company. Avoid ASUS.

Sent my laptop for repair 2 months ago, on September. I know Covid is going on but it has been 2 months and they keep lying about my laptop, they always give me yhe same story it has been re routed to another facility due to Texas being closed but the funny part is, ever time i can it is being re routed since 2 months ago, i finally see the repair in process on my rma and i call to see if there is any status that i cant see on my end about the repair, and the representative tells me my laptop is being re routed again. First ... read more

Asus use to be a good company to purchase computer products and accessories from. They are not the same Asus company anymore. I also sent in my motherboard and took pictures before I sent them it in the box. They complained there was damage to the board which is not true, and I sent them pictures verifying the response. Later they emailed me a hefty $500 price tag on repairs on motherboard that cost $199 on Newegg. I asked the customer service representative (named disclosed), was the price because of the labor and repairs d... read more

Favorite thing about ASUS is opting for alternatives and never dealing with them EVER again!!!

They sell faulty equipment that fails and then scam you into sending your product in so they can state it was damaged or the warranty is expired. I purchased a chromebook less than six months ago and it died with a full battery. They claimed it is out of warranty and refuse to return the device without payment.
