Bought an ASUS ROG Zephyrus 14 in summer of 2020, around Mid may, beginning of June because I like gaming but also needed a new laptop of music and starting school. Within a month of having the laptop my fan started having issues where it sounded like it was either overworked or knocked out of place and this laptop that was supposed to supposedly have about 8+hrs of battery life while gaming was dying within an hour. I purchased a ZenBook Duo Computer from Asus....within 2 months a had software issues..they returned it to me...saying it was repaired. It was not!!! Had to send it back..waited another 2 weeks..finally received the the computer , which worked fine...for 2 months ...then it went completely dead..cost me ***** to send back for repair..and was told it needed a motherboard...costing over ******* dollars..I refused....they offered a refurbished computer at ******* or ******* mentioning they are 50% off...plus tax...I can't affor... read more
The motherboard I purchased was described as having 16x (Video card slot) plus 7x PCIE slots available. It instead had 16x (Video card) plus 4x PCIE slots as it failed to mention these were shared lanes and only 4 were available. This amounted to installing thunderbolt using the remaining lanes in their entirety and the additional items I needed and purchased having no available place on this board. They would not fix my Chrome book, the say of that the product was water damage. Which is not my fault. So they refuse to repair it. It was sent in because it would not charge for the second time in two months bought it in February of 2021. Please help??
The worst customer *********************** everthey dont care about their costumers, you buy one computer part and they sent you other, they dont want to give you answer for their mistake.
I purchased the ASUS PQ43UQ gaming monitor. At first I was pleased with the purchase the monitor's out of box performance was good, however, after about three months a plethora of issues began to arise. These issues included but were not limited to: flickering, ghosting, blurry text, refresh rate issues, color issues, sample rate, etc... i purchase a laptop from Asus on 12/14/19 from Amazon and it broke down right away, good thing i was able to return it immediately, i bought another one on 1/04/21 had problems with the **** sent it to Asus for repair, they replace the motherboard, sent it back again replace the motherboard and I got it back with missing bolts, by then the warranty is over with same problem with SSD drive, not even booting this time, I sent it for not warranty repairs to Asus, and now they want to charge me USD ******* because they are claim... read more
