I purchased the ASUS PQ43UQ gaming monitor. At first I was pleased with the purchase the monitor's out of box performance was good, however, after about three months a plethora of issues began to arise. These issues included but were not limited to: flickering, ghosting, blurry text, refresh rate issues, color issues, sample rate, etc... Understandably monitors often have QC issues and I thought "no problem Ill just contact ASUS" if only it was that easy. ASUS at first was very helpful and agreed to repair the monitor. I sen... read more

I bought several computers from asus and had no problems until my last purchase a laptop. Specifically the tuf gaming A15 (fa50611-as53) which came with two defective items, 1st the missing m.2 slot that is advertised and included in box instructions should be 2 only 1. 2nd the second available memory slot was defective from the manufacturing of the socket which had a extra piece of the same color pastic inside the socket which would not allow installation of the second memory. So sent in for warranty repair wouldn't you kno... read more

I purchased an ASUS gaming device for $1,000. The system was purchased in April 2021. The system initially worked perfectly. However, in August 2021 the system failed to start. It would come on, and the window icon would just spin. I took the system to Best Buy to see if the challenge could be diagnosed. They offered to repair for a price but since it was still under manufacturer warranty to contact Asus and have them repair it. I called Asus who informed me that they had a partnership with Best Buy to repair their product s... read more

I rebuilt my son's computer and put an ASUS motherboard in, it failed within 4 months, which is out of the return window at bestbuy. Bestbuy doesnt back anything they sell by the way, which is a strange business practice, unless you pay for it. So, I contacted ASUS telling them what happened. We troubleshot it ourselves down to the motherboard and they wouldn't refund or send us a new one without testing. We sent it in the original packaging, placed in its *** bag in the original box, but we also wrapped the *** bag with bub... read more

Over the last 6 or 7 products, that I have bought from Asus. On each one the ASUS support staff have had very narrow definitions on what they are allowed to be repaired. On each attempt where a clear manufacturing oversight was found Asus would mandate a immediate response on repairs or they would send the device meant to be repaired back immediately. On several repairs I would get the device to them have them tell me that its not covered under warranty and instead of waiting a day for a response would send it back as soon a... read more

Horrible RMA process. They do not even deserve any stars. Sent back my monitor to be RMAed because lines appeared in the screen. They are saying that the frame of the monitor is detached and I have to pay to repair it. I told them the monitor was intact when I sent it via Fedex and that I am not paying for it. They closed my request and stating that they are sending the monitor back to me. I tried to claim from FEDEX but they are unable to process it without a Shippers Waiver from ASUS. The customer service supervisor says t... read more

I would like to start with that I usually build my own desktop computer when I want a new. I will spend the time to review the products online and pick out a decent mid level components with good lifespans. This time I decided to have someone else put the computer together for me and actually handle all of the technical stuff, even picking out the components (all of them, including the MB). I think this is where I messed up after seeing how many poor reviews ASUS has been receiving concerning their products and customer serv... read more

Business response:

I finally ended up sending in the motherboard for repair which was a total mistake. The stole the SSD M.2 250GB card I had forgotten to take the cover off and remove, so they did that and kept my drive. They also kept my Antennas, both of them. And they botched the repair, the Bluetooth worked partially for less then 10 minutes and stopped again.

This company deserves no stars. I bought a laptop from them and it immediately started freezing and crashing. I need it for work and took it to Best Buy. They wanted to send it out for weeks and when I said I needed something to work on and couldn't be without a device for that long, I called the company and they won't issue a replacement or a loaner. They said they would check on whether they could expedite repairs and call me back and then never did. This piece of crap crashes during meetings all day long. Recently, it fro... read more
