This is the biggest piece of crap I have ever owned. Bought it from Best Buy for over $1,000. First problem with the charger and now Blue Screen of Death. Tried everything Asus told me to do and nothing. Still happening. Said to send in for a diagnostic for $60. After reading reviews of what they charge why bother. You could probably buy a whole new computer. No wonder why so many consumers are not happy with Asus. I have a Lenovo which is much older and still works great. My daughter needed this for college for her engineer... read more
ASUS does not care about their customers or standing behind their product once they have your money. This is my second ASUS laptop. First one was repaired twice under warranty. Second one wouldn't turn on so I RMA'd it only to have it come back full of something that looked like crumbs of food and the left arrow key not working (likely because of the crumbs). Their phone number doesn't work half the self service forms on their website don't work so I do text chat and as for the replacement to be cross shipped to me because: ... read more

Sent the motherboard in after calling support to resolve. was recieved on Aug 19th. was told that 7-9 business day to repair the board. As of 9/11/19 RMA status was repairing. Then 9/13/19 RMA status changed to CID "Customer Induced Damage". when I called about this change i was told the board is not in warranty. Not what the Asus Support team told me when I shipped the board. I have called there repair team 5 times and spent over 1... read more
Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this company's products as possible. The motherboard in my ******* went bad a year after purchasing it. It took a month, but the company replaced the motherboard. Three months later I had the same issue with a motherboard. They offered to fix it again or send a refurbished unit. I opted for the refurbished unit, but it had issues as soon as I opened the box (after a three week wait time). Sent it back and am still waiting on another replacement (a month and a half later). It was ... read more

In Feburary of 2018 I had purchased a laptop from Asus. *******. My laptop worked fine besides the fact that it would heat up a lot sometimes. I had purchased a cooling pad however and it would solve the majority of the heating issues. My laptop had a 1 Year warranty expiring Febuary 2019. At the end of March 2019 my laptop suddenly shut off. I attempted to turn it on and it would shut off at the logo. I was a bit worried because this is my laptop I use for workk. (I am a video editor). I figured out a tri... read more

I'm sorry to hear your previous experience with ASUS did not go so well. I did check the RMA and show that the RMA was closed on 7/5 and shipped back to you via Fed Ex ************. The model is the *******Contacted Asus 5-21-19 and they determined that the motherboard was defective and needed to be replaced. They offer a refurbished replacement which I refused. Why would I accept a refurbish unit when I bought the motherboard new at full price and the first time testing it doesn't work. They asked me to fill out the Invoice form to prove my purchase so that I can ... read more
