Asus was supposed to repair my motherboard that was under warranty. It took over a month for the first round of “repairs” for them to only send back my motherboard still not working properly. Had to send it back in and it’s almost been two weeks again. Went ahead and bought a mobo from another company and my 2000 dollar almost brand new computer works again. Asus still hasn’t replied, has my old mobo and it’s almost been two months with no good news. The worst part is they tried to blame me for some physical damage that happ... read more

In mid June i had ordered a amd amd motherboard from the asus store in the morning. Later that afternoon I received an email from asus stating that the motherboard was not available and my order was cancelled and my account would not be charged. I found a comparable product elsewhere that evening and placed an order. The following day asus sent me an email stating my order was shipped! My account was charged! They didn't ask, they just took it upon themselves. I called and explained the situation and they sent me an ra numbe... read more

Great products but awful customer support. Allow me to outline the situation I have experienced. I have (or should I say had?) a GTX 1080 Ti Strix from Asus, and after contacting them about a problem I've seen back in middle of May, I got numerous people helping when I was supposed to have the one. Eventually after submitting the SAME 'feedback form' to have my GPU sent in for an RMA, I got my GPU shipped out. I was later sent a link to check on the status of my repairs on the GPU which I checked up on for about two weeks. I... read more

This is the biggest piece of crap I have ever owned. Bought it from Best Buy for over $1,000. First problem with the charger and now Blue Screen of Death. Tried everything Asus told me to do and nothing. Still happening. Said to send in for a diagnostic for $60. After reading reviews of what they charge why bother. You could probably buy a whole new computer. No wonder why so many consumers are not happy with Asus. I have a Lenovo which is much older and still works great. My daughter needed this for college for her engineer... read more

ASUS does not care about their customers or standing behind their product once they have your money. This is my second ASUS laptop. First one was repaired twice under warranty. Second one wouldn't turn on so I RMA'd it only to have it come back full of something that looked like crumbs of food and the left arrow key not working (likely because of the crumbs). Their phone number doesn't work half the self service forms on their website don't work so I do text chat and as for the replacement to be cross shipped to me because: ... read more

This is my last resort for someone who cares from ASUS to help me fix this problem. I have a Laptop for your company spent over 1k on it, and a exactly a year later I HAVE a KEYBOARD issue! Keyboard is not responding. May I add that I have a EXTERNAL keyboard plugged in! I dont use the Laptop Keyboard! I have sent my Laptop for a estimate repair, this repair for a keyboard not responding is OVER $700! Plus $60 I already spent to have it shipped! THIS IS NOT EVEN A YEAR OLD LAPTOP TO BE HONEST! Kept in mind I take care of my ... read more

Purchased motherboard B150M-C D3 worked fine for a while recently the on-board graphics died. Sent the motherboard in after calling support to resolve. was recieved on Aug 19th. was told that 7-9 business day to repair the board. As of 9/11/19 RMA status was repairing. Then 9/13/19 RMA status changed to CID "Customer Induced Damage". when I called about this change i was told the board is not in warranty. Not what the Asus Support team told me when I shipped the board. I have called there repair team 5 times and spent over 1... read more

Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this company's products as possible. The motherboard in my ******* went bad a year after purchasing it. It took a month, but the company replaced the motherboard. Three months later I had the same issue with a motherboard. They offered to fix it again or send a refurbished unit. I opted for the refurbished unit, but it had issues as soon as I opened the box (after a three week wait time). Sent it back and am still waiting on another replacement (a month and a half later). It was ... read more
