Bought a motherboard on 4-18,19. Began installation on 5-20-19 once I had all my parts. Motherboard that I purchase from Asus does not post. The model is the *******Contacted Asus 5-21-19 and they determined that the motherboard was defective and needed to be replaced. They offer a refurbished replacement which I refused. Why would I accept a refurbish unit when I bought the motherboard new at full price and the first time testing it doesn't work. Spent $80 shipping my laptop back to asus that was covered under adp including physical damage. They tried to charge me $110 to have it fixed cause of the physical damage and returned the laptop cause I didnt pay. I called them and said they were just trying to give me the option to pay or use my warrenty and I had to dispute it to use my warrenty?!?. Now i have a broken laptop on its way back home and gotta pay another $100 to ship it and then dispute the charges! You guys are awful.

Extremely poor customer service, repairs not made, they kept my computer for 6 weeks and returned it without the parts I sent for repair. Hold times are over an hour on at least SEVEN tries to fix this. Never resolved. Don't get involved with this company. I owned two computers of theirs before, but once out of warranty, the companies call centers in Jamaica are impossible by design.

I purchased a Edge computer late 2018, I have a disability and purchase this computer, within 5 months the touch screen stopped working and I notice a crack in the bottom right corner. I was told to send in the computer and I will be getting charged due to the screen being cracked and was told by a supervisor, he NEVER heard of a computer screen just cracking, I advised if I keep unfolding and folding it may get a crack. Its hard for me to write this review, I'm a huge fan of ASUS, my current motherboard had been absolutely amazing. After struggling for the last few years with my wireless signal in my home, I started doing research on Mesh style networks. I came across Asus's AiMesh network which allowed their routers, not access points, work together to create a wireless mesh network that allowed my to potentially cover my entire home and hopefully outside of my home with a wireless signal. This company needs to go. There's got to be better manufacturers for computers. My laptop stopped functioning properly right after my warranty ended and now I have to pay for all the repairs, which only they can perform. Not only do I feel scammed by this company, the customer service representatives are robots and do not care for customers at all.
I would like to give NO stars! I bought my first Asus computer two years ago after hearing some good things and needed a new laptop . I bought the first one and within the first day, I noticed how awful it was and returned it to Amazon. ASUS has the absolute worst customer service. I sent in my laptop for repairs once I was done with classes. The 'customer support' reps made the entire situation a complete nightmare. Shortly after ASUS received my under warranty laptop, ASUS sent me a 500 dollar bill and images of a broken screen, stating I would have to pay or they will sent the laptop back to me unrepaired.
