Verified Renter Nice Community, only issue is the 1 fob policy. When you have children or company its difficult to arrange them passage to your apartment without you being there

Affordable And Spacious Living In An Awesome Dallas Location I lived at the Arrive West End for a full year and really enjoyed my time there for many reasons. From the start, our property manager Yari was very warm and welcoming to my family and I upon move-in. She was always more than willing to answer my questions in-person and was very responsive over email. I have lived at 6 different homes/apartments/duplexes and so far this is my favorite. Property is well kept, in a great location, and not massive so its not frustrating getting in and out of your apartment even with parking garage.
