Good apartment downtown Jennifer has turned this apartment around from okay but lacking to really feeling like home. She actually cares unlike most apartment staff and will genuinely work with you to solve any problem. I am really happy with where the apartment is now, especially from where it came from.

Perfect short term rental My college-age son needed a short-term rental for a summer internship. Jennifer has been absolutely amazing helping us with the process, immediately answering my endless questions, and facilitating the move-in. Due to a flight delay, we arrived long after the office had closed and they had set up everything so the security guard could let us in at midnight. Small community feeling in a big city I moved here nearly 3 years ago with the hopes of trying out downtown living for a year. Each time my lease has come to an end, I would shop around for what else could provide the energy of the city plus the comfort of a community plus (of course) value for the money. T. LeMay This is my 3rd month living here. I love it! The apartment is huge for a one bedroom. The view of downtown is to die for. I have a great workout room that I can use anytime. A game room. A tanning bed too. Then outside there is a nice pool area with a fire pit. What else could I ask for when I ARRIVE home! I like to be able to have my dog here. Thanks for the treats for him! Amazing staff, beautiful apartments, great location Chasity is a god send! Very grateful for her positivity and kindness. She is super responsive and always gets back to me quickly when I have a question or need anything and is always going above and beyond. Her presence in the office has made all the difference!

Okay There are many things to like. However, be prepared for BLASTING rap, country, electronic music at all hours. They have a sign that says no music but apparently it isn't even followed by the apartment's operation manager. I have seen her out there many times like right now at 9 pm flirting with guys the pool. It is completely unprofessional to be disruptive to other's peace when you are the one who manages it. But thank God she went out of her way for scolding people about trash being left out! That never bothered me. A... read more

Our Community Manager sometimes visits the pool with her son and personally closes the pool area at 10:00 pm when she does so. We enforce quiet hours here at Arrive West End and if you continue to experience excessive noise disturbances, please let us know additional details and we will be happy to assist you.
Not to terrible The newest property managers are very professional!! Remodeling a lot of the property. Looking better. Free Parking not sure if that’s changed since signing our lease.

Great building, pretty good location I love the apartments for the most part. They are spacious and upscale and I have a patio! But I don't think all of the apartments have patios. I do like the other residents that I've come across. The price is perfect, especially for the downtown location AND as large as the apartments comes. Management Magnificent or Malice I have been at Marquis West End of Dallas, TX for 13 months with my 3rd apartment management. When I began my apartment hunting I had really specific needs, as I am a disabled, wheelchair bound resident; the apartment manager then was most definitely "Management Magnificent."
