Not to terrible The newest property managers are very professional!! Remodeling a lot of the property. Looking better. Free Parking not sure if that’s changed since signing our lease.

Great building, pretty good location I love the apartments for the most part. They are spacious and upscale and I have a patio! But I don't think all of the apartments have patios. I do like the other residents that I've come across. The price is perfect, especially for the downtown location AND as large as the apartments comes. I'm a freelance writer, so if I can afford it, then most people can. Management Magnificent or Malice I have been at Marquis West End of Dallas, TX for 13 months with my 3rd apartment management. When I began my apartment hunting I had really specific needs, as I am a disabled, wheelchair bound resident; the apartment manager then was most definitely "Management Magnificent."
