Verified Renter My experience here has been really good. We came in July 2022. Even though the Texan summer was unforgiving the process was smooth and the staff was really pleasant and helpfull. We did about 3 work orders and all was dealt with professionally and promptly. I would recommend Arrive to any one.

Verified Renter I love the community. Yari is amazing. The apartment is within walking distance of nice restaurants, museums and other attractions. The downtown area needs some work though, some of the people roaming this area don’t all have great intentions.

Verified Renter The management is friendly and maintenance rocks. We chose an apartment that wasn’t upgraded and we love it. My only complaint is I wish the windows were double-paned. The noise from the street like sirens and voices is quite loud even for us proclaimed urban rats.
