Verified Renter It seems as if tenants are moving out daily. Every time I see a resident moving, I have a conversation with them on their decision to relocate and ten times out of 10, it's because of roaches. The pest exterminator isn't practical. Fortunately, I have kept the roaches to a minimum in my apartment over nearly four years of residing here, but this is the worst it’s ever been. I will not be renewing once more.
