Verified Renter The staff is accomdative and understanding. Everything you need to do to move in is easily available online and it is quite easy to set up. however, i am taking of one star as mostly the apartment i entered on day 1 was okay but had a few probelms that we have had to ask maintenance to do and its been almost a few days until they took steps to correct it. There were a few dead roaches, broken glass int he kitchen and some hair in the sink, all taking away from an otherwise beatiful space.
Verified Renter So far so good staff is friendly and very helpful the apartment is nice and spacious. The staff has answered every question that i've had without any hesitation. So on my end the apartments deserve 5 Stars

Verified Renter The apartment looks pretty, but there’s a lot of cockroaches!!! Even if we got the pest control, there’s just too many, besides that, Melanie and the manager has been very nice and helpful

Verified Renter Overall the apartment and everything is good , two things that bother me are roaches in the apartment and the elevators (they are terribly maintained).
