Verified Renter I lived here since April 2021. It was a retirement dream. But the last year (25) took on different changes. Large dogs were allowed to move in and rules were not being followed. I got chased twice (2) by a large black dog. I sent emails both times voicing my concerns. We had a management change and things started to improve. But parking spaces were taken away, front door entrance is locked. Hard for deliveries to be received. The office help is unconcerned & rude in personality. Verified Renter I recently stayed in this apartment for a few months, and overall, it was a solid experience. The location is extremely convenient — close to grocery stores, public transportation, and several restaurants and cafes. The building felt safe, with secure keycard entry and responsive management. The apartment itself was clean upon move-in, with modern appliances and a functional layout that made the space feel larger than expected.

Verified Renter Staff friendly. Major concern is dogs/pets are allowed by their owner to poop in hallway and in front of apartment doors!). Trash dropped on floors and elevator, uncleaned elevator. Particularly on weekends. Staff and maintenance frequently changing. Too few maintenance and cleaning staff to be available to do their job in a timely manner and thoroughly. They are overworked. Verified Renter So far so good. Community restrooms are always closed. Location is great. Staying close to the highways helps. Management changed multiple times.

Verified Renter My experience at Arrive West End has been positive. I have been treated fairly and have been extended grace and help, I needed through a very hard time in my life. The complex is going through a lot of positive changes. The new acting manager Sunny Poole is doing an amazing job with turning the complex around.
