Verified Renter Arrive west end is very good. Club house and the common area around pool stands out. Room sizes are good as well as kitchen island gives good vibes to ambience.

Verified Renter Water Leak Repair Great After the installation of the new Water Meter in August, my bill increased 2 times as much, from $25 to $75. After cutting back on usage, it was decreased by $25. I heard water constantly running and did a check. My meter was turning, the hot water heater tray was filled with water, but was going out the drain so it never completely filled up. Verified Renter We enjoy living here! The location is fantastic and the staff is good. However, our only complaint is the loud noise coming from our upstairs neighbor. This person makes a lot of noise starting as early as 3:30am, which is very disruptive to our living experience. The noise levels are so high that even earplugs can't block it out. Despite sending multiple complaints to the management, no action has been taken so far.
