Verified Renter Unexpectedly quiet, friendly people, very respondent staff and maintenance team! Located in the west end there is always something to do! And because of the power district we are in our power is restored first after a storm/freeze.

Verified Renter LOVE it here! I've lived here for 6 months so far and it's been a great experience! The best part is the staff! DeAanna and Yari in the office, Matthew and Ricky the maintenance staff, they're all AMAZING! They're very quick to answer any concerns I have, and I have never had a maintenance request take longer than 24 - 48 hours to get resolved. Overall, the building is clean and quiet. Great downtown apartment for non families After living here for 4 months I can say that this is the best apartment i’ve lived in! The clubhouse is nice, the gym is okay and the pool area is very pretty! I appreciate the free snacks and drinks at the front office and arrive team has always been very friendly and approachable! Do not move here There is no way to dispose of trash. They have locked the doors to the rooms and now you can only place trash Sun-Thurs 6-8. If you are not home during that time, you will not be able to throw away trash. If you have trash on Friday or Saturday, you have to find somewhere to pile it in your apartment until Sunday night (again better make sure you're home.
