Verified Renter The management is friendly and maintenance rocks. We chose an apartment that wasn’t upgraded and we love it. My only complaint is I wish the windows were double-paned. The noise from the street like sirens and voices is quite loud even for us proclaimed urban rats.

Verified Renter Unexpectedly quiet, friendly people, very respondent staff and maintenance team! Located in the west end there is always something to do! And because of the power district we are in our power is restored first after a storm/freeze.

Verified Renter LOVE it here! I've lived here for 6 months so far and it's been a great experience! The best part is the staff! DeAanna and Yari in the office, Matthew and Ricky the maintenance staff, they're all AMAZING! They're very quick to answer any concerns I have, and I have never had a maintenance request take longer than 24 - 48 hours to get resolved. Overall, the building is clean and quiet.
