Spa jets dont work, customer service passes the bucks won't help after 4 months of trying to get help I requested a refund, and they are still pushing me off to everyone else. I have tried with the owner of the Albuquerque store to Arizona to the main Tennessee office. Was told they would send me replacement jets but I should fix it myself when asked how do I do that he laughed and hung up on me. You can't go wrong with this hot tub. It is small, easy to maintain, and the jets are great! We got ours two months ago and we wish we'd done it years ago. We highly recommend the 220V connection.

Have had my X-3 for over a year and love it. Have had 5 adults in it and it was tight, but we all fit. I would buy it again. Communication from the salesman was a little rough at first, but once he said it was being built, we had it at the end of the week. Love everything about, wish I would have gotten the cover lifter arm thing. Other than that, wouldn't change a thing.
Comfortable - thought we should have gotten a larger spa, but no, we are so happy with this X-3 all the way around. We purchased a second for our vacation rental. We could not be happier. Easy to sanitize, easy to clean, easy to heat and not expensive on electricity (we have it set at economical mode). Thank you for my overall experience

Gary from the Aqua Living Store in Warren, MI was fantastic to work with. I loved that his warehouse had a lockbox which allowed us to visit after hours. He answered all of our questions honestly and was not pushy at all. I think we took over a year to make a decision and not once did I feel pressured. Everything he told us was accurate in regards to pricing, quality, etc. Something I know that was out of his control was completion/delivery time.
