We got a call on June 20th from Arizona saying our tub was ready to ship to hood river OR all we needed to do was pay the balance so my wife went down to our local store and paid 6000 cash and a month later it's still in Arizona they just called me today asking if we are going to pay so it can ship so I assume the local store to us has taking our money and not reported it to Arizona

We purchased a hot tub for my handicapped son. It took awhile for the delivery. There were a lot of added charges. They were to deliver chemicals at the time of delivery, which weren't there. The hot tub was delivered with no head cushions. We have been communicating with them since October 2021. We usually get no email, text, or calls back. To this day we still don't have all the chemicals and we have no head cushions. The cushions came with the tub!!!!!. Terrible customer service and lies. Never purchase ANYTHING from them... read more

Don't ever buy spa from these people terrible customer service cheap cheap cheap parts on the spa a spa worst experience I've ever had they will take your money and leave you hanging It took me a year one year to get my spa where I could use it and now it's been 2 years it's been 2 years and now they tell me they can't even get me parts for it and it takes you 3 or 4 weeks to get ahold of somebody
This is a ZERO star review! Horrible customer service. Fast to sell you. The unit we purchase in April was defective. It had multiple cosmetic issues and needed multiple repairs. We are still missing most of the repair parts, and the company never responds. I have gone to the local store 4 times (44 minutes from my house) for resolution. The GM is never there. 2 years ago I bought a spa from this company and have had nothing but issues. Spent over 7,000$ for this spa and have had technicians out on 2 separately occasions. Only this time conveniently my spa has out the blue just stop pumping water. The spa leaks water, and now has stopped pumping. Once trying to receive help on this matter and how and me communicating with support I was told that my warranty is no longer valid even though it was still under 2 years. The warranty that is listed for your HB34 spa is as follows: shell/frame - 10/5years, Major components - 1 year, Plumbing - 1 year, Labor - 90 days. We certainly apologize for your frustration, and could assist in ordering replacement components. These would be parts would be out of pocket as all but the shell/frame warranty has since expired.
Don't Just Don't - Spend your money elsewhere. The Factory Store in Des Moines is useless and the Factory in TN is just as bad. Waited 7 months for a tub and I am still fixing issues 3 months later. Simple answer here is Don't Just Don't buy from this company.
My husband and I started this terrible experience in April. Every part of the process was a headache and a lengthy process with poor communication and poor service from the manager up to the delivery driver. Inquiry to purchase: We went to our local store in Pensacola, FL. In the middle of the day and doors were locked. Must read before buying from LPI Inc. or Aqua Living Factory Outlets. My purchase date was 10/30/2020, We were promised delivery By February 2021. They moved my manufacture date multiple times. We changed our order in July 2021 and were assured that it would not effect or new manufacture date at all. Finally after 14 Months of frustration our spa was delivered. 12/16/2021 The original order stated curb side delivery to my address, I paid an extra $1000 for delivery.
