These people are HORRIBLE i had a tub delivered in May and it was severely damaged they said they would replace it ....not so much they expect me to spend multiple thousands of dollars to get the tub off my deck and put a new one on to the tune of almost $2500 out of my pocket ...because they sent me damaged product i am supposed to spend an extra $2500 ? Was told different stories by Marty regarding what spas were available. Still, the prices were comparatively good, so I went to the store. When I walked in, the store stunk of smoke. Marty was brusque and tried to up sell me. I get it, he's a salesperson, but it was annoying. When I didn't go for the up sell and reiterated what I wanted, magically, the model he said he didn't have in stock seemed to appear, so I purchased that. Drew is misleading and deceptive. Was told spa would be between 4 and 6 weeks. As of the 7 week, they have not started the production. When you call, he does not answer, voice mail is always full. I will be getting an attorney and suing for breach of contract.
I regretfully ATTEMPTED to purchase one of their Spa's a couple of month's ago (09/28/2021.). I handed Chris 5000 dollars to cover the price of the hot tub, cover, and the extra accessories we had opted to complete our order. I also handed him another 500 dollars which, according to THEM, would ensure that my purchase would arrive within the next 2 weeks. Aqua living outlet. I bought a hot tub July 2019 and it isn't working after 2 years 4 months. Within 6 months the jets broke now the heater is not working. I have called and called leaving messages and no -return call.
Absolutly the worst customer service experience of my life. BUYER BEWARE!!! New tub was delivered in mid-July and has never worked. Austen with Aqua Living has been to my home on 4 occassions and my tub went from not chilling or lights working to completly inoperable with water leaking from it since his last visit. They lie to your face telling you their going to run to a local parts house to get parts only to never return. NOONE at Aqua Living will call you back. $11,500 investment and my ROI is 0%. I absolutely LOVE my new spa from Aqua Living. My husband has been in it every day since we bought it 2 months ago. It is amazing how much it helps relieve our aches and pains.
The real Rhonda & Andrew leaving an honest call as a customer, with this company, they have been nothing than great to us, more than patient with someone who has disabilities, and understanding.
