Order my tub from Gerry, at the end of March he said it would be 8 weeks got in 10 no big deal everything works great mike the delivery driver was awesome got everything set where I wanted it in the matter of 20 mIns from arrival to him leaving. Great job guys thanks -Joe
Installed my aqua living spa at the end of March, has not worked correctly ever. Pump one constantly won't work. Have to cycle it off and on many times and it would finally start up. Keeps tripping the circuit breaker as well. Went out today and it won't start at all. Contact customer service/warranty regularly, they never respond I call them and am on hold for hours and then they finally hang up on me. Giving them until after the Holiday then heading to the courthouse!!!!
we bought the wellness spa. quality is low. we regret buying. delivery was a circus and independent contractor who delivered over charged and promised free chemicals and filters for a sunday afternoon delivery (which we did not want). Upon their arrival, they asked me to recruit extra help to get the tub on my deck. 4 hours later we finished getting the tub in place. If you want a really cheap tub with minimal insulation and low quality fittings, jets etc that is loud and energy inefficient buy Aqua Living.
They appear to falsely advertise (stock on hand) as there was nothing on site to be purchased. They do not appear to provide delivery dates that are coordinated with manufacturing. They do not provide manufacturing information at time of sales like there being a resin shortage. They do Provide terms and agreement after the sale and not time of purchase (in person sale) which I would not have agreed to at time of sale. I wish I'd checked out this page before I placed an order. I was working with a salesman in Pinellas county FL who initially told me that they had a PP31 spa they could delivery soon, but after I placed the order, he told me it would be 12 to 14 weeks. He wanted a 2K deposit, which I thought was very high considering how high the demand was. He said the minimum he would accept was 1,000, which I agreed to, but then after reading these bad reviews, I emailed him to cancel the order. I don't know if the acrylic shortage is a r... read more
We love our hot tub.. And the price was unbeatable!!! The salesperson was awesome. And although it took a little longer for delivery they kept in contact with us the whole time..
If I could giver zero stars I would. LONG story short, due to clerical disorganization and terrible customer service, my family placed an order 8 weeks ago and couldn't get any response to our calls or emails as to where our order was at, an order number or if our tub was even in the works!! Mary Lee was our rep that helped us pick out a tub and she was wonderful. But unfortunately that is the extent of pleasantness. Ordered spa fragrance online, they took my money and sent an email saying my order was being processed, but three weeks later after several calls to their customer service department NOTHING! They think my bottles might be on back order or something? Horrible experience!
Apparently they collect money from your card LONG before you ever see a hot tub. So far not seeing it yet charged for it. After I read all the one star reviews I'm pretty much done with them. They should NOT BE A+ on BBB!!!!! Also they are having a sale HUGE sale and won't give me the better price. Who does that? Crooks. That's who.
