I have had the worst experience with this company. At first it started out great. Wonderful sales people, thought things would be ok. Well, then you order the tub, you pay everything in advance and then hope that it shows up. Trying to get communication on where your hot tub is is a nightmare, and all it keeps getting is more and more delayed. If there was a no star option I would put that. This has been the absolute worst purchasing experience in my life. I first spoke to a sales rep in early May and through my conversation with the sales rep, Jay Roach in Amarillo, I was told it would take 4-5 weeks to receive our spa but that their factory was still going strong through Covid. I ended up paying cash-in-full on May 11th for our G12 spa and resolved myself to waiting a few weeks instead of driving a few hours to the city to do a direct purchase. WHAT A MISTAKE! We purchased a C211 Malibu Swim Spa with 3 pumps from Aqua Living in June. We explained that we needed it delivered and installed after we had moved into our new home. Austen worked with us to have the large spa delivered by forklift down the hill and across the golf course to our back patio. We have been pleased with the spa and look forward to many relaxing years ahead.
I shopped several retail SPA dealers and ultimately decided on a G2 Tranquility from Aqua Living Factory. The shopping experience was unique in that I was able to see the tub in person but dealt with the salesperson virtually and this was BEFORE Covid-19! Once the final decision was made on color, options and size the sale was completed and an approximate shipping time was set. Great purchasing experience. We had no knowledge of hot tubs features what to look for pricing etc. Al was able to ask us a few questions and make recommendations on they type and size to purchase. As we become more educated on hot tubs and did some research the prices that Al had hands down best the local competition. As a hockey family we can't wait to get our hot tub installed!! We purchased a hot tub in June 2020 it's now september 2020 and we have not received our product. They will not return our calls or even take our calls. We get an answering service telling us someone in the office will call us back, and they never have. We just want our $3,000 back. This company is a scam. We have also placed a fraud complaint with our bank, and thankfully they are trying to help us out.
