Buyer Beware. I read many reviews before we went ahead and made this purchase. With the understanding that the inventory was running 8 - 12 weeks behind. Lets start with the sales team. They will tell you anything you want to hear to make a sale. Once you leave the door. Good Luck ever getting ahold of them. My sales rep actually cant even receive emails. But he can send me one. This will be a long review, but if you read nothing else read this... BUY FROM ANYBODY ELSE!! We ordered our X-11 model in August and we were promised delivery the end of Oct., Janurary 25th we finally received our hot tub. It was poorly packaged and cosmetically damaged during shipping. We immediately called our sales rep and were told to accept the hot tub and they would replaced the damaged parts... Still waiting for our replacement cover that was damaged. I ordered a hot tub on October 16, 2020 and was told it was on the next shipment which they expected around the last of November maybe the first week of December. Nov 20 the dates started changing we were told it would be 3 to 4 weeks later. December 4th we were told they had no delivery date. This went on into January. By the January 28th we were told It wasn't in production yet. I ask them to cancel the sale and return my down payment $3296.33. They said there would be a 25% restocking fee of the Full Price of the hot tub.... read more

The process of buying from this company has been frustrating. We paid in full months ago. No receipt or invoice of what we bought even though we keep asking for it locally and from the headquarters. No contact from our local vendor to answer questions of any kind. They (headquarters) also hang up on you when you have been on hold for 30+ minutes.

Great experience, I ordered during the beginning of Covid outbreak understanding there would be a little delay, I worked with Steve from the beginning to the end of receiving our hot tub. Everything was completed online from my first researching discussing which hot tub we would want through financing to delivery. Very simple process Thanks

We decided to buy a hot tub during the COVID-19 pandemic. Like us, many families decided to buy hot tubs and pools. Many stores did not have hot tubs available and those few stores that had them available raised the prices due to the high demand. When we purchased it, the delivery date was set months later. As expected, the delivery of the hot tub took longer than expected. The company was very responsive when I requested updates on my order.
