Sales people tell lies about delivery. Placed Spa order April 5th. Was told will ship in 5 to 6 weeks weeks. Its 6 to 8 weeks before they even start to assemble your spa another 5 days of assembly then it's staged for shipping. I was not told how long it will sit before its shipped. Here is what I received email. "Your order is currently scheduled to go into production the week of 6/18/21, plus or minus one week. The manufacturing process generally takes 4-5 business days. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company at all. HORRIBLE SERVICE and FLAT OUT LIE, very poor customer service. I even asked to talk to a supervisor and I couldn't even talk to one. We order filters and more cleaning supplies in January 2021 and finally and we called and called about our order, said it was shipped or on its way, finally May 2021 I just asked for my money back and cancel my order. SHIPPING DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...

Hi, I placed an order for a hottub and put down a $500.00 deposit, it has Been almost 2 weeks and i have not received my refund. I have contacted my sales associate (tlofton) multiple times and i have not heard a response since i canceled the order. I am very disappointed in the way that business is handled and the lack of customer service. I would never recommend this company. The customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. The salesman will flat out lie to your face. The also will give you false or half truths costing you money. We bought one at the end of March and didn't get it until May 5th even though we settled for an in stock model because he said we could have it in a week. He also told us that if we had a rx from a doctor we didn't have to pay sales tax but wasn't specific about when it was needed during the process just that it was too lat... read more

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE I bought my spa in March 2020. It arrived after Thanksgiving Nov. 30, 2020. They set it up too far away from the plug. The cord did not reach. I had to drain it and have someone help me move it closer to plug it in. They wedged the skimmer basket in so tight I could not get it out. Your supposed to change out the water every four months, and change filters. My extra filters were 5 months late. I have been looking for a hot tub for some time. Aqua Living stores delivered! The sales and ordering process could not have been easier. I stopped at several other "Local" stores and was either given the cold shoulder or a sales pitch that included bashing other hot tub companies. From the start, Aqua Living was up front, honest and very very helpful. I felt no pressure to buy and was given the opportunity to check out the hot tubs in person. Horrible service. This company will not honor my warranty that they first claimed i didn't have. Gerry Huffman was my salesman and Larry from the Tennessee location are both scammers. I made a repair claim on their website that was never answered. Then I called the manufacturer in TN who told me that the extended warranty i purchased only covers parts (flat out lie). If i could give 0 stars I would! Please do not order a hot tub from this company. I purchased a G-14 spa on November 6 2020. It took four months to receive spa, which was a little longer than expected. The fact that it took so long to receive spa was only a minor issue. Once spa was delivered, which was on March 3, 2021, it was filled with water. Water began to pour from underneath the spa. I immediately called company to resolve issue.
