Mike and Luke installed our new water heater. As always, all staff are courteous, professional and do quality work
Approved Plumbing has been good to us through the years. Hot water tank just blew and they were out within an hour to fix it. Mike Miller was quick, efficient, and professional. I talked to Sharon this morning and she is very good at her job too. Jeff came out previously for another repair. He is another good one, very affable.
This company is simply the best at what they do AND they are great people. Carl came to our house today and, like the previous two guys, was awesome. This company and their staff are courteous, friendly, approachable and so good at what they do. I also know they are honest and they do not try to upsell or charge you more. I posted something on my own Facebook page today because I want everyone to know how good Approved Plumbing is.
I was VERY satisfied with Approved Plumbing. What a nice group of people. Everyone in the office was so accommodating. Mike M came out and put all new valves under my kitchen sink. He explained everything to me and cleaned up after himself which was wonderful!! I will be referring them to everyone!
Excellent service - left message on Sunday and they called back first thing Monday morning and service tech, Michael Miller was at our home before 9:00am! He was friendly, knowledgeable and completed the work in an efficient manner. We have been clients of Approved Plumbing for over 20 years and they have always been there for us when needed.
Carl and Russ arrived on time. They went right to work. They were very quiet and well organized. They completed the job is less time than originally quoted. They left my bathroom very clean. They answered all my questions and were very polite. I will recommend Approved Plumbing to my family and friends.
Carl was quick and effeicient and found me the lowest cost solution. I would definitely recommend Approved.
Carl found the problem right away. The old Sump Pump had stopped working and the pipes were leaking, He replaced the sump pump and fixed the pipes in a much shorter time than I expected, He did an excellent job!!!!
