Everyone I dealt with was very professional. Sharon, Luke M., Mike M. and Jeff. They were thorough in setting the appointment and contacting me when they needed too and in diagnosing the leak and testing it after the repair was done. I have used Approved Plumbing for over 5 years and have been very pleased with their work.
Jeff was on time and professional in all tactics on my problem. Advised me what he was going to do and how long it would take. Cleaned up behind him, help me get a discount on the services that was preformed. I would recommend this company to everybody that needs a plumber.
I called and spoke with Lora on Friday and she was able to dispatch Luke on the following Monday. Luke did the work necessary very timely and without issue. I did think that the quotes for some potential future repairs were kind of high, but have no other quotes to compare at this point. I do find that plumbing work seems to be one of the most expensive of all trades in my past experiences. Jeff Schlekie of Approved plumbing came out to our residence and provided us a great experience. He isolated a few leak issues and was able to fix one, and will be fixing the others soon! We couldn't be happier with the level of service we have been provided, thanks Jeff!

Luke was here on time. Diagnosed our dripping faucet and was very prompt in fixing the situation. We were extremely pleased with his service.
Excellent service from all 3 people I dealt with. Polite, efficient, competent. Communication was clear & things happened as promised. Received full, detailed information about options, cost of products & services.
Approved's technician came three times. Each time he was very professional. The first time was to analyze the problem. He gave me three options, the most expensive was to replace the hot water tank. I opted to first replace the gas control valve -- the second most expensive. He came 4 days later with the part and replaced the valve. He hadn't even driven away and was still writing up his report when the pilot light went out again (the original problem). He then ordered a pilot assembly kit.
