RecommendedWe had a new 50 gallon water heater and Halo water treatment system installed in December. Mike and Russ arrived on time and finished in 1day. Despite discovering a part was missing for the Halo. Mike called the supplier and sure enough they had the missing box. We love the Halo, our water tastes so much better everywhere in the house and I never run out of hot water with the bigger tank and mixing valve. Great job.
We had an urgent plumbing problem and our regular plumber was not available. They recommended Approved Plumbing and sent Russ Brady to help us with our problem. He was professional and knowledgeable and explained each step in the repair process. We are very pleased with the repair and would recommend him to anyone who is in need of plumbing repairs.

My entire experience was a very good one from Laura in Customer Service to Carl, the Service Tech who came out to my home. Both were very helpful, informative and professional. I would give them a 5 star rating. I will be using this company for all of my future plumbing needs.
Great company but too expensive!!! 928 to install a kitchen faucet!! Only labor!!!!
Always easy to schedule (Laura) and service techs (Jeff & Dave) were actually here earlier than expected. Explained what was needed for the repair and fixed it in short order.
