Very knowledgeable and punctual.
Carl provided information about a leaking garbage disposal and was very helpful with options. He returned early Monday morning to correct a leak in my water supply for a different installation. He checked it again the next day when installing a new sink. He was thorough and checked over the previous day's issue as well as making sure everything was installed properly with the sink. I'm very happy with his work.
All the employees I had contact with were very kind and courteous. Sharon is a pleasure to talk to on the phone and very accommodating with an appointment. Carl and his helper were very thoughtful in covering shoes and telling me the problem and explaining what they needed to do. Very happy all around. Thank you Approved and will recommend to anyone looking for expertise in service.
sharon was prompt with the scheduling. Carl came out at noon as promised and did an excellent job. My faucet had sprung a leak and soaked everything under the sink before I discovered it. He was one time, did an excellent job and cleaned up after completion. I am very pleased. .
We were in need of a plumber today and once again called Approved Plumbing. We have used them in the past and have always been completely satisfied. Today was no different. Sharon got us on the schedule by early afternoon. Russ B came out and took care of our issue. He was friendly, courteous, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Their prices are fair and I highly recommend them.

Russ F came to my house expecting to auger w toilet...7 hours later, they had my main line out of the house cleared of tree roots. Let’s just say neither of our days went as planned but Russ did all he could to start with the smallest potential issue and work his way up only if needed. We have been dealing with Approved Plumbing for 30+ years. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and they do fantastic work. Russ came out this morning to fix 2 problems and we always enjoy seeing him. He is such an honest guy and his work is impeccable. Thank you, once again!
