Laura was very professional and helpful with what turned into scheduling, cancelling and rescheduling. Russ arrived early and provided an explanation of required service throughout the process. And he left the work area in immaculate condition. I'll call Approved Plumbing for any future problems.
Always get great and reliable service and explanations on all that is being done and why. We have been a customer for years and are highly satisfied and highly recommend the company. Happy to work with any of the staff but have to admit we have favorites - Sharon and Mike thanks for all you do.
Approved Plumbing goes above and beyond with professional service. Carl C did an amazing job with installing our new Toilet and Vanity, and while those sound like simple jobs they are not when you have an older home and are on a slab foundation. Additionally, Carl took the time to make sure every detail was perfect before he left, and was very friendly and easy to talk with while at my house for the day.
I am THRILLED that I found a plumbing service I can count. They are reliable, professional, very knowledgeable, patient and I felt like they were genuinely concerned about my issues. I will NEVER use any other plumbing service!! Carl is the plumber that came to my house and took care of everything.
