This company agreed to come out the next day, sent me a picture of the serviceman & arrived on time- no "window of time", making us wait. Life doesn't get much better!
We have been using Approved Plumbing when we have needed plumbing help over the years and have had previous experience with Mike R. He is always professional and helpful and willing to give options before doing anything that would be cost surprising. When I had to call back with a related problem, he was prompt and helpful in returning my call. The staff that service incoming calls are always friendly and helpful, and quick to get a service person out to fix the problem. Thank you!
WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH YOUR PLUMBING COMPANY. THE TWO GENTLEMEN CAME ON TIME. THEY TOLD US WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AND WERE VERY HELPFUL. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK . THEY CLEANED UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED., I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.
Carl and John were very professional and did a great job. They were also very nice guys to deal with. I have always had Approved Plumbing take care of my plumbing problems for many years and have always been satisfied
Sharon was pleasant and helpful. Jeff arrived on time, assessed the job and gave me an estimate. He did a great job of routing what was a major clog and also replacing a worn faceplate and stopper. He kept the bathroom clean and organized as he worked and left it sparkling. Throughout it all Jeff was pleasant, polite and professional and I have a beautiful and well-drained tub.
To begin my experience with Approved Plumbing I spoke with Suszane. She was very kind and extremely helpful. Russ was my technician. I couldn't ask for a more intelligent technician who knew his stuff! I will definitely call Advanced if I ever need a plumber again!
Same day service ; Mike m gave me two options and estimates first ; very quick and neat
Carl installed a new water heater and fixed a leaky faucet for us. He was efficient and did a great job.
