Approved Plumbing replaced our water main and did a superb job. They were finished ahead of time. They were on budget. They were neat and courteous, besides being super competent. Two Town and County agencies approved their work within minutes of coming to the site. I would recommend them highly for anything plumbing or even water related!
Russ was right on time. He looked over the projects that we had requested to be done and gave us an estimate for the work. He finished much faster than I thought he would. Every time Russ came into our house he made sure he had the shoe covering on so as to not track in dirt. He went over all the work that was completed and explained how each of the new fixtures worked. I was referred to Approved Plumbing through Angie's list and was glad I chose this company. The service Techs Russ F., & Mike M. was very nice and did a excellent job. I (we) will be using them for our plumbing problems in the future.
Russ provided excellent service. He worked methodically, explained procedures, and answered questions as needed. He was polite and personable. Russ reviewed the bill, explained the work he completed, then before leaving he checked over his work one more time. We appreciate all the work that Approved Plumbing completed over the years.

Russ was very good at explaining my options and the work he did was very professional.
Mike was punctual, thorough, very knowledgeable, and explained things well. He gave recommendations but wasn't pushy at all. Communication with the company was always friendly, responsive, and productive. I would certainly recommend them!
Mike R. was very knowledgeable, polite and detail oriented. It took the time to fix a tricky problem and then check a few other items which he did not have to. The price was fair, I am very satisfied.
This is the second time I have worked with Approved Plumbing. Both times the teams were very professional and thorough. Today Carl was able to finish the job in less time than expected and it was adjusted in the final invoice which was greatly appreciated!
