We had both Carl and Mike R. at my office to work on our plumbing issues. They were both very professional, efficient and respectful of the office environment they were in. They assisted with all the issues we were having and made sure that the water wasn't impacting the other offices around ours. We will definitely be using Approved Plumbing again!
12/2/2016 We had a new stacked washer dryer delivered today and wanted Approved to come out and insure that the gas and water connections were correct. Carl and Mike M. were right on time and confirmed everything was connected properly and we asked to have our hot water tank drained. Carl explained that because our tank was 10 years old and never drained before we run the risk of the sediment getting into our system and clogging other faucets. We chose not to have the service. Carl was my tech. Service was efficient. Carl was pleasant and informative. Since everything is costly these days, I felt the prices were reasonable. Very satisfied.
Although we've used Approved Plumbing for a few projects over the last several months, this is the first time anyone has asked me to review their work. Everyone who has come to our home from Approved Plumbing has done great work, been extremely helpful and courteous.
