I purchased a 5 year warranty for my washer from Home Depot. For the first year we had no problems with it. I called them on Sept 6 and they said someone would come look at it on Sept 10, ok only a few days no problem. Technichian showed up about 20 min after the scheduled time frame. He looked at our washer and says he needs to order 2 parts and would be back. We called to see when he would be back and they told us Sept 18th because they were still waiting for our 3 parts (not 2 like he said). Technichian shows up and says ... read more
