I had their technicians come to my house multiple times to fix my BRAND NEW refrigerator, each time was a different technician and each time the technician came it was always something else wrong with the refrigerator, different from what the previous technician said. Obviously, no one seems to know what is wrong with the refrigerator, yet they keep ordering parts, making me wait for the parts to arrive, and then telling me that it’s the wrong part they ordered. Yes! Understanding the older customers that need a little more time to answer phone calls and to make it to the door would be greatly appreciated. We are in a single family home with easy access to our front door and door bell. No excuse for leaving before trying all methods, not just phone calls.
