Easy to schedule appointment and got in quickly.. Technician, arrived at the anticipated time and was fast and efficient at finding the problem and fixing our refrigerator prmoptly!
Horrible service. Warranty call. Technician broke other parts while trying to troubleshoot. While reassembling, left parts off. Came back for the 5th time. Call center unwilling to help. Refused to replace the incimpetent tech woithout charging me $125. Is it unreasonable to get somehting fixed the first time? Apparantly it is.
Great prompt service. Our technician, Michael McInnerney, was prompt,kind, & thorough with his work. He was able to fix and repair our washing machine in less that 4 days. Thank you for your service.
The gentleman was very polite. However I'm still having the same problem with the washer. It wasn't fixed and I'm very mad!!
